This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Unit A502 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. this home is beautifully decorated in peaceful blues and earthy brown tones and is accentuated with wonderful artwork. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Our balcony had a view of the ocean. We especially liked the waterpark. Large pool and lazy river were fun. Check-in was easy. This was our third visit, and we will be back.

The property is beautiful. The room is awesome with great views. It’s further from the parking lot. We didn’t know where the trash dumpster at, little lack of instruction.

We absolutely loved the view in this home and would book it again for this reason alone. But it is very hard to cook a meal in this home. There are hardly any cooking utensils and pots and pans. The couches also need upgrading as they aren’t comfortable at all. But other than that we loved the condo!

Our condo experience was not great. New flooring, which was nice. Beach feel with newer paint. They don’t really provide anything but the minimum items in the rooms. Clean for the most part. Nice view of the ocean and pool. Really long walk from parking to our Condo beach front. The hallway smelled like mold and dirty feet. Luckily the Condo seemed to keep most of that smell out. Don’t stay here if you want to relax, hundreds of kids, which we had two with us. But there were also huge church groups. Expect to get footballs thrown in your face and splashed constantly. We got two chairs and umbrella with condo, but you have to go out at the butt crack of dawn to get good seats. Extra chairs are $50+ dollars. The sign says one amount and the chair company guys ask for different amounts. Probably pocketing the extra. They are also rude. Forget about getting chairs at pool. Its a mad house. If you are on the 5 or 6th floor, park on the bottom and take the elevator. The parking garage lane is tiny with sharp turns and takes like 10 minutes to drive to the top. We won’t be back to this location.
