*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Azure 507 is a gorgeous 1,513 sq ft 5th floor three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting panoramic gulf-front views of the famed emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom, and a second queen bed in the second guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance, adorned with beautiful, relaxing décor, comfortable bedding, as well as a flat-screen television. The guest bedroom with the queen-size bed offers its own private bathroom, offering a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom with the queen-size beds is perfect for children’s adults to relax and unwind in their own space and accessible from the hallway and also offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. You will find a full-size washer and dryer combination nestled near the end of the hallway, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The hallway opens to the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area, living room and spacious primary bedroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
