*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction noise hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
Azure 119 is a gorgeous Italian themed first-floor condo nestled on the side of Azure, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enjoy a gorgeous, coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico with direct access to the beach walkway right from the oversized balcony. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom and one guest bedroom, a twin-over-double bunk bed in the additional guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Azure 119 accommodates up to nine guests comfortably. Whether you are taking a family beach vacation, going on a spontaneous trip with friends, attending a special event on Okaloosa Island, Azure 119 has every accommodation needed for a truly picturesque beach vacation. Monthly rentals are welcome. Upon entering, you will find both of the guest bedrooms on each side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the right offers a large king-size bed along with a 32-inch mounted flat-screen television and DVD player. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the guest bedroom and the hallway, and features a single vanity surrounded by a granite countertop, along with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the left includes a twin-over-double bunk bed along with a 24-inch flat-screen television and DVD player, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. The fully-equipped kitchen is located to the right of the hallway and includes elegant granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of storage space. Enjoy all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite chef-inspired meals while on vacation.

Lovely first floor condo. Nice and roomy with 3 bedrooms. Having 2 kings bed rooms was awesome! The only improvement I suggest is the master jet tub didn’t work. But other than that we loved the easy access to the pool and hot tubs and beach and parking deck! All around would definitely come back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Right by the beach! Loved the space. Clean. Rules are strict. Didn’t know not to hang the towels over the balcony, got a notice, BUT I didn’t read the rules so that’s on me. Def will stay here again. Family had a great stay.

Easy beach access through our patio door, although our bottom-floor corner room didn't have much of a view. I would recommend a higher room at this property if you want a better view.

Had very comfy beds. The AC worked pretty well overall within the home. I loved that an array of family board games were provided in the living room. Even though in the living room, the couch is scratchy and not comfortable. I really enjoyed being on the first floor and having a side walk right outside our balcony to go to the pool and beach. It was very convenient. The ice machine in the fridge didn’t work. I assume they are aware as there was an ice maker on the counter. However, it didn’t work either. It would have been nice to have ice availability. All of our feet were black just from walking on the floors there, even on our first day there. I’ve actually not stayed anywhere before where they didn’t have clean floors until this stay. Even after showers, we would walk around for just a few minutes and our feet would be filthy from the floors. There was a fan in the bunkbed room, but yet the fan didn’t work and so it stayed kind of stuffy in there. There were other peoples hair still on the wash rags and towels that were supposed to be “clean”. There were two pools, but one of them just kept getting closed down. It was only open the first day we were there. So the pool was very over crowded. We thought we would be in a “smoke free” atmosphere, but there were people smoking in the pool area and on their balconies. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella provided at the beach was nice to have included with the room.
