The unit is somewhat dated and needs a refresh, e.g., paint, furniture.

Good location and beach. The property is ok but not perfect as pictured. There are a lot of scratches and damages, dust on the blinds, no holders for towels in the bathrooms, no rugs in the restrooms, toilet flash doesn't work properly and shower curtain liners are old and dirty. However, thank you for provided rental property :)

We were given an early check in and tried to get into the unit and it would not work! I had to call three times to finally get into the condo! I was making breakfast on Saturday morning and step down on a piece of broken glass next to the stove. Obviously the floors were not swept and mopped!
