After dinner, feel free to relax in the beachfront living room! Sleeping up to 8, this 2 bedroom, and 2 bath unit has it all including a walk in shower!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Great location to the convention center. Beach wasn’t crowded at all compared to surrounding condo buildings. Condo was clean and well stocked in kitchen. Only thing, is the elevators needed some work. They were slow and one seemed to jump/move a lot up and down when getting on and off.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been booking our annual Florida trip with Brooks and Shorey for the past 4 years. The condos are always clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchens are equipped with everything we need during our stay. One time when we stayed our coffee pot was cracked upon arrival and when I let the staff know they brought us a completely new coffee maker within 30 minutes, very attentive!!! Units are well maintained, the pool was clean, and the grounds were aesthetically pleasing. Parking is ample. Check in/out was a breeze. We truly enjoy our visits and will not need to look anywhere else when staying in Fort Walton Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was pretty much as described so rate as Good. The building exterior is a little rough. They need to improve the road signage for better identification. Also, 10am checkout is too early. It appeared there was a dedicated clean up crew for this room so it could have been 11 or 12. I'd look for a rental in Destin at Harbor Walk area vs Fort Walton - not much there in the area of good bars and restaurants.
