This home also includes a full kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the gadgets and cookware you need to turn out fantastic home-cooked meals. The beautiful dining table will accommodate all your guests and is the perfect place to enjoy dinner parties as well as family game nights alike. Azure 321 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. With new furnishings, all-new décor, fresh paint throughout, and plenty of comfortable balcony furniture to enjoy the stunning view, Azure 321 on Okaloosa Island can easily become your favorite vacation go-to. Upon entering this gorgeous condo, you will find a guest bedroom on the left with a twin-size bunk bed with a flatscreen television, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. This retreat features tile flooring throughout. The guest bedroom on the right of the entrance includes two queen-size beds with brand new mattresses as well as a large flatscreen television for endless entertainment. The guest bathroom is accessible from both the hallway and the bedroom and features a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. A full-size washer and dryer is nestled off the kitchen, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. In addition to views of the Gulf, the living room features plenty of seating and a new 55-inch Smart TV ready to stream all your favorite apps or enjoy cable TV. Relax your evening away in the main ensuite, which holds a king bed and connects to your own private bath. With a jetted tub and a stand-up shower, there is no better way to wash the sand of the day away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
