Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We loved the 2-story setup. Everything was great until we went to the pool and couldn't go in. Then we were told it had been broken for 5 months!The pool was a big draw for us. Ultimately we loved the place BUT we should have been allowed to choose if we wanted it without a pool.I thought maybe it broke this week. Lost it a bit when I found out it had been broken for that long. You cant list a pool if it is broken!! Very poor or disingenuous communication.

This is a lovely 8th floor condo in Perdido Key! The view is amazing and you can see for miles from the patio. We saw lots of dolphins and sea birds. The condo was very clean on arrival. It was stocked with necessities. The beds were very comfortable. (Living room furniture was adequate but not very comfortable.) Overall we loved the condo and we had a great time.

This beach condo is a little different from most that I’ve visited. Once you learn your way around the building layout, it seems safe, secure, and private. The whole unit is very spacious and the two story floor plan unique. There are beautiful views from every window.

The property is lovely, location is perfect. We booked last fall for a stay in June. Construction on the balconies and morning arrival of workers was disruptive and disappointing. Wish we had understood that we could have been relocated prior to our arrival.
