• Stucco and exterior coating work
• Noise from grinding/chipping
• Intermittent balcony closures (furniture will be moved inside)
• Safety barriers and signage throughout the property
A detailed schedule for noise, obstructed views, or balcony closures is not available. Due to active construction zone, we are not liable for any changes.
