Cheap way to manage a place - but they should tell us before!

Room and bathroom clean and tidy. Wlan OK. OK for one night or so of business travel.

Arrived 30 mins early. Door closed, noone at the reception. (Check in at 14:00) Noone answering the phone on the number given. Left voice message. Never got a reply. Had to go to my business meeting without having been able to check in to my reserved hotel room. arrived at 15:30 again. door closed, noone opens. called number again. "Just open key-box No5 - there's your key" How? - enter number "xxxx" (4 digits)" OK, box opened, keys appeared. And that's about it. Next day: Noone in breakfast room. Noone at receiption either. Dropped keys. And that's it! This is how they manage some of the _VERY CHEAP_ motels in France. They should tell us in advance. Buyer beware! no warm recommendation from my side. PS: Rooms are OK, bathrooms as well. But no flexibility at all by staff because staff not present! Would not go there again.

Great location, clean room, go when it’s not hot.

Very clean, great location.

It was late June and hot which made it difficult to sleep at night. They were so gracious as to lend me their one and only fan. It would be great if they did have fans on hand for the hot months. They do have heating for the cold months.

All in all a good Place, Parking is difficult and it’s a bit noise in this Area (City Center)

it was very Clean and the room was big. the parking situation is not good. it seemed like I was almost alone in the hotel, that’s why I had a spot but there are only 3 Parking Spots in front of the house.

Their was nobody how spoke German, the (nice) lady had to call somebody to make my check in available and ask about my reservation. There was nobody available to speak to each Time I arrived at the hotel.

the hotel is fairly decent but the staff is barely kind.

the cleaning service took some stuff I had in the bedroom and never returned them (a pijama tshirt and some snacks). Also, the staff can be very noisy during night.

Early payment, room mix-up, disappointing stay.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at hotel due to a room mix-up, even though I booked and paid for a "Deluxe Double Room" well in advance. Upon arrival, I was given a small single room. After arguing, I was provided a standard "Double Room" instead of the deluxe version I had reserved. Exhausted, I accepted it, but was disappointed with the hotel's handling of the situation. This negatively impacted my stay and makes me hesitant to return or recommend the hotel.

reception: I reserved 1Big and 1single room, But reception gave me very very small 2room. and anybody could not speak english room: so loud outside and there is no noise proof wall between room also cleanness: all above things i can understand but when i saw my bed there were so many somebody's hair. so I ask one more blanket to reception for using instead of bed sheet but they required 10euro per night. I can not accept that and they took the blanket. Parking: There is not much of space against count of room And no elevator also. I will never use this hotel again.

The Room itself is very clean and comfortable, their towels feel fresh, toilet has sufficient space.

The hotel is located right next to a busy road, it was very very noisy even in the middle of the night. I closed all windows but still couldn't sleep well because of the noisiness from outside.

Location was great, room was very clean and comfortable!

The reception was closed after 18:00, which wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. I had to call and wait for information of how to retrieve my key, which was right there in a key lock box. Would have been easier to just email me the key code when I hadn't arrived by 18:00 :) Also, there was no breakfast.

The hotel was under construction and my room was in the basement. And of course COVID had the restaurant was closed.

Very good location, very clean, and a new hotel. From the train station only 10 minutes walk, and very central. If you are coming for work, that would be a very convenient place to stay.

My room was next to the street. It was too loud to open the window, an when I close the window there was no air. If you are a tall person, the bed will be too short. The room was also a very tiny one (I personally had no issue with that, but someone else might).
