V Business Apartments Böblingen

provided a room at basement floor the second light around 2200, electricity out for 1 hour, tried to call the hotel telephone number more than 10 times which they said will forward to mobile after 2000 but no answer, even no reply to my email until today the most horrible is no emergency light in the room, the electric curtains cannot open because no electricity, this means the only exit is the room door, completely no safety sense and ignore the life of the people. 1 star cannot reflect the comment, should be minus, I will not recommend to human beings.

The place is about 10min walk from Goldberg station. Lidl, grocery store, is nearby on Stuttgarter Str. The room we had was small, but new, clean and modern. The AC worked so my husband was happy. The shower is very small. The bed was on the firm side which was ok for me but not comfortable for my husband. We didn’t cook. Just used the cups. We noticed that there was only one fork. We were glad that we told them about it at checkout. They said that we should had told them sooner. So you may want to do inventory after checking in the room. There were a washer, drier, and iron in the basement. Staffs were friendly and helpful. If you check in during off office hours, the key box is located next to the side entrance on the right. Enter the pin provided in the email. Overall, we had a very pleasant 5-night stay and will definitely choose it again.

Only thing bad is like most of Germany, there is no AC. During the summer, if there is no wind and temperatures outside are consistently at 30º+ degress Celsius (~80º Fahrenheit) with little cooling at night, the singe fan in the bigger rooms will not keep you as cool. Also, because it's so warm outside, the only way to cool is to fully open the windows which also brings in all the noise from the main road right outside. The hotel is also by a stoplight and the grown children tend to mash the accelerator for whatever reason. They do orovide earplugs so that it doesnt bother you while you sleep. However, my last week there temps outside were arojnd 26-30º high with 15-18º lows. It was AMAZINGLY comfortable in the room with it cooling to 22º whereas when it was a consistently warm, the room "cooled" to around 28º with it sometimes dipping to 26º (mid-70s Fahrenheit) by early morning. But if you have business in Böblingen, it's a really good spot to stay. Lidl is just down the road, and downtown Böblingen is only about 15 minutes to walk. The spa is also 10 minutes away walking distance if you want to check it out.

Nice simple apartment. Small kitchenette with 2 burner stove, mimi fridge, and microwave, no oven. Recently remodeled. I would stay again.

Really worth staying here... nicely equipped and decorated. I was impressed. About 5-6 parking spaces on site and a free park close by. Only small criticism i was in the lowest level and could here a bit of moving around above me... not super loud. Have a great stay.

Nice hotel apartment for the short time stay with the small kitchen. Good for us to prepare breakfast every morning.
