Oldie but Goodie

Breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff was very nice. Arrived late at night but staff gave me code to enter hotel and left my key at the desk. Hotel also provided early breakfast for my daughter as she had a swim meet and had to be at the meet prior to breakfast being served. Hotel is old but very clean. Free Parking and I found it easy to park my SUV. I would stay here again for the price and location.

No sleep

Very bad location for summer stay. At least rooms are clean

Now is 2:30 i am still awake because the road goes through my room. It is the summer and you must keep the windows open… the nearby road is so busy … so no sleep. And finally when i managed to fall asleep someone below our room activated car alarm.. now considering to continue my trip in the middle of the night, dont care about breakdast. I will also delete my booking.com account due to false positive review … really nad

Beautiful location overlooking town.

The rooms were clean and staff was welcoming. One side had an amazing view of town below but was next to street. The other side backed up to greenery and was completely quiet, which is where we stayed. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of breads, meats and cheeses.

Perfect for family

Excellent contact with the host. Very pleasant and kind owners. Vary tasty breakfast with very nice view from the dining room window. During the whole stay was possibility to drink tea or coffee. Room was very pleasant clean with plenty of space. Free parking and free Wi-fi reise the rank this place. If I will be in a neighbourhood I will come back.

Nice location, breakfast and walking trail

The location and the nice walking trail, as I was able to bring my dog with me. The breakfast as well was very nice, and the hours were perfect for me to be able to eat and still make it to my appointment. There was also plenty of free parking, which was also appreciated.

Very good

We booked a triple room for a family of 3. The hotel location was good with lovely views of the valley. It was located on a main road yet we hardly got to hear the traffic noise. Its just about 25 minutes drive to Stuttgart from there. There was a little forest right behind the hotel so every morning rose up to birds chirping. The staff was most courteous and helpful. The room size was good for 3 people. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. We were provided with towels, toileteries, hair dryer and 2 bottles of sparkly water. The breakfast was basic but good. They served variety of breads, confitures, cheeses, cereals, cold cuts, eggs made to order, juices, fruits, tea/coffee etc. Restaurants, supermarkets etc were close by. Railway station was walking distance away. Overall a great place if one wants to spend some quite time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The pillows were too soft for my liking but then I guess it's more about one's personal choice and not the hotel's fault. Also the wc in the bathroom of my room was placed too close to the radiator. The placement could be hazardous for small kids when the radiator is on. I am not sure if bathroom in other rooms are designed the same way. It would be more hygenic and pleasing if garbage bins have lids. The one in our room had none.
