Está muy limpio, las toallas del baño son muy buenas y el metro está cerca .

No hay perchas en el baño para las toallas . Huele a humedad y el patio no estaba arreglado, habían podado el árbol y habían dejado todas las ramas sin recoger, no pudimos disfrutarlo .

Posizione ottimale vicino alla metro. Pulito, molto grande, veranda esterna!

Si poteva lasciare il giardino piu ordinato. Un po di umidita, una stufetta sarebbe gradita

A localização é boa e o tamanho da cozinha e banheiro ótimos, a sala e quarto tambem de otimo tamanho, só falta uma manutenção melhor.

A acomodação é boa porem precisa de uma manutenção, o sofa esta muito ruim sem condições de uso, cheirando mofo e com aspecto de sujo e com o meio afundado, tivemos que comprar uma manta para cobrir para conseguir sentar, o mesmo para as poltronas, precisa de uma renovação, a pia da cozinha impossível de usar pois a agua não desce demora muito, e muitos pontos de mofo e bolor, muitos livros cheirando mofo, a area externa não tem como usar pois esta bem ruim e abandonada. Moveis e etc

we loved the place, the space, the kindness of the owner and the great amount of services inside

- the bed - pillows and mattress uncomfortable - cleaning was not perfect (for how much we paid and for the requested deposit, MUST be perfect) even because there was a VERY STRONG smell of humidity (maybe the house was close since many days) - the deposit of 250€ is too much! sorry but… it’s so weird 😂 - the apartment is in a basement, so even if there is the little garden, other people can see you, everytime (there are NO CURTAINS). - with no curtains, light enters in the room during sleep (even closing the door because it has windows) and a place like this should have a chance to solve this issue - 7- we had the chance to enter at 3pm and not 4pm, but the owner forgot the keys and we entered at 3.45pm - the communication with the agency! I think different people answered to my doubts and questions. they gave me always the answer, but in some of those answers I did not like the attitude: 1- they gave me the reminder only 24 hours before the arrival (but people maybe are travelling from other parts of the country of origin and not from the place where they have to take the airplane)… and if there is an agency, after many messages, I think it’s important having more information at least 3/4 days before (e.i: I forgot the deposit - my mistake - but how is it possible receiving everything 24h before? I had the credit card with me, but I was driving and I was lucky to have it with me) 2- I asked to store my luggages many times… the agency asked me if I wanted to check-in before for 25€, 3 TIMES… but my question was different, because in ten years of travels worldwide, no hosts asked me more for some hours… this selling model was terrible!! in my opinion, the right answer is “we can’t store your luggages” ——-> why do I need a check in during the morning if I want to go out and discover the city?
