Le canapé lit dans le salon (deuxième couchage) non adapté pour un séjour entre amis, et non confortable Le bruit (on entend les portes claquer dès 6h du matin) La salle de bain qui donne sur le salon (avec les odeurs et le bruit) Pas de toilette dans la chambre, obligeant à laisser les volets du salon ouverts pour aller aux toilettes dans la nuit Les volets cassés qui tombent tous seuls L’électroménager rustique (cafetière non fonctionnelle) Les odeurs d’égout
