B&W apart city center

It’s very well located, metro station and supermarket just a few minutes away, and it takes 15 minutes maximum to get to the city center or the ferry deck with the metro. Also gets so much natural lighting, breezy and spacious, it’s very nice to hang out and work inside the house as well, also we were able to cook and prepare breakfast which was amazing, and the hosts were attentive and responded to our texts and questions etc. very fast! Also it’s like 15 mins walk from Culturgest, definitely check if an event is going on there during your stay!!

It is a bit old (well this is nice actually) so the doors make a lot of sound especially the bathroom door and if someone is sleeping in the couch it’s a bit bad for them. And again I’m assuming because of the oldness, the bathtub and the taps were a bit stained, even tho it was clean it didn’t feel super nice. And (we were told it’s a general problem in Lisbon) there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom at all times and sometimes it was pretty annoying.

We was able to speak with the host even though it was late, she was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We like the ability to access the property with a key box. We hope to return next year

L'odeur de la SDB mais un bon désodorisant fait l'affaire 😜 Les volets qui ne sont pas tous fonctionnels ce qui aurait été top pour diminuer la chaleur interne du logement

The apartment had all essentials you will need, its a old building on 3rd floor so any one that struggles with climbing stairs will be difficult, the apartment is ok in good location and good for few days to stay as a a couple. I will share few facts below which is 100% and not putting any one off but its important to no and for owner to improve. The staff communication is good they do respond anything you ask about.

These are just honest feedback am sharing not to put anyone off just so the owner can improve Provide actual sleeping pillows they were cushion pillow sizes In future to have AC as had to buy my own fan, the place can get so hot and make it difficult to even breath i cant imagine what its like in summer without AC in there Bathroom defo needs a fan or ventilation as it started smelling so bad as theres no facility for the air to come in or go out The washing line needs cleaning up as it stained all my clothes with dirt The washing machine also needs a clean all my clothes and whites came out with dirt and marks which really annoyed me but i didnt raise it because i dont like moaning and complaining The house is quite dusty and old as its all wooden based house it defo needs maintaining and bath tub was quite awful with stains and dirt We were not given any bin bags and had to buy own cloth pegs which i took back didnt leave them
