The blind in the bedroom was broken and felt exposed to neighbours when having the bedroom window open.

Such a lovely little cosy apartment, very clean, had everything we needed, walking distance to the main town and supermarket Lots of shops around and take aways, the area felt very safe lots of parking for us right outside the property, if we visited Chester again we would definitely stay here again

No dislikes everything was perfect for us,

The apartment was nice and had most things you would need for a stay.

There wasn't a fan, and it was very hot. Couldn't open the doors or windows as the neighbours we smoking in the courtyard outside the apartment. There were no spoons to eat our breakfast. There wasn't a toilet roll holder. The parking wasn't the best as we were blocked in on one occasion. Instructions on how to lock the front door would be helpful as we were not familiar with handles that lock by lifting the handle.

Zero response from the property owners when I tried at least 3 times to text them about the early check in that was offered!! The bed frame was broken and very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on the floor. According to a cleaner that arrived at the end of our stay the bed situation was not new and owners had been made aware. We dropped an ear ring on the floor and it rolled under the bed. Upon lifting the broken frame up to retrieve it, a sex toy was laying underneath!! The couch was extremely uncomfortable and so low to the floor it was difficult to get up from.
