Excellent view, friendly host, near the sea

Very close to the sea. You can see it from the apartment window. Cosy. Nice apartment, very friendly and had everything I needed. Stylish.

I could hear the neighbors coming in, coming out, talking, etc. This was an apartment building after all, not an isolated cottage as I had hoped. So as a "private getaway" - I couldn't count one as such, so the title "Seaview - a special place for two" might be misleading into thinking that.

Great getaway spot for a couple - has everything needed for romantic stay

Well you can see see out the window, even sunset! It takes you 1 min to get to the beach - whats not to like. It’s away from main town (which is good for me), but that means beach is not officially maintained (again good if e.g. you like to get into see then there are bigger waves or if you want bring dog to the beach or just raw nature).

Unofficial beach means there can be some unraked debris from the see

What a beautiful stay’

The property is very cosy and so homey feeling! You have all the utensils you might need, even things like blender! I was so impressed. Ir felt more like staying at your friends home than a hotel. Definitely exceeded all the expectations. The views is are amazing, the place is quiet and in the morning all you can hear is the waves and the sound of birds. I wish I stayed longer. Definitely recommend and will advise to all my friends and family to stay there.

What a wonderful place to stay! Spectacular views from the balcony, cozy atmosphere, super comfortable bed. Kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. The beach is less than 1 minute away, right across the road,definitely as close as it can be. We had a great and relaxing time here! Worth visiting 10/10.

Very peaceful & relaxing place with wonderful views

Location and the view from the balcony, all the amenities were modern and brand new. We loved how tasteful all the interior design was and each and every detail was thought through so well. The lady on the phone was very helpful and patient with us, thank you 😊 And thank you for the sparkling wine too!

I wish they thought about sending simplified instructions how to get there and how to self-checkin via email rather than giving a link to PDF document in the confirmation message. I use Booking.com application and it was not allowing me to open this PDF document, so even though I asked to send me the directions via email, I didn’t get them in time and this caused us some frustration in finding the property and accessing the building. Plus the Wifi code & password was not placed inside the apartment, so if you arrive without internet connection and without that PDF document, you have no idea how to connect. We didn’t know which was our car parking spot either, because only few are numbered (yes, it was in that same PDF too 🤦‍♀️). Because the property is so close to the nature, it’s natural that you get quite a bit of insects inside the room too. In our case it was cloud of flies & mosquitos and it was impossible to keep the window open not just during the night, but during the day too. It would be good to have a net installed on the balcony door & windows so that guests can get to sleep with windows open while listening to the waves and not mosquitos. Please install some hooks for the bathroom to hang clothes and towels. The sticker hooks don’t stay fixed on moist walls 😊 Other than that, this place is magical. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Perfect place to stay cause of location, from apartment you can see clearly a sea. Apartment for maximum two person how mentioned, also easy access to apartment. Apartment is very clean and with everything what you need if you staying for longer stay. Take care before booking, best to have own car or rental, cause apartments from Palanga city around 15min drive, and around 5-8 minutes away from Šventoji, in case you can use taxi, but would be additional costs if you want to visit Palanga every day. By walk Latvia border if you going by the sea around 20-35min just, so in one shot you getting two countries if ofc like walking. Beach which near apartments not so huge ,but also very quite. Good luck and recommend this place for everybody 10/10.

Quiet and relaxing place. Beach is a minute away.

It is so close to the sea, so you can sleep with open balcony and hear splashing waves. Distance to the city is reasonably close. Very quiet surroundings and other residents.

The wardrobe closet wasn't clean and had unpleasant smell. Also strong and unpleasant smells from under the sink cabinet.

good place for two

It’s a very beautiful apartment just next to the sea. A perfect place for a romantic weekend. Fully equipped: kitchenware, bathroom and etc. they even prepared a picnic basket. the only negative is that it is not so easy to find, especially if you go by Google Maps. Also, the house itself is a half-hour drive from Palanga, this should be taken into account.

Good place to get away from Palanga buzz...

We had an amazing time to remember. Beach nearby, well and smart layout with everything you may need, very cosy. Parking on site. Quiet. Just please follow the instructions provided :) We followed google and got into trouble 🙈

A great romantic getaway

We stayed here for our 20th year wedding Anniversary and our first impressions were wow. It is a nice small room, finished to high standards and very clean. They also gifted us flowers and chocolate for our stay! WOW!! Thank you!! The location is right across from the beach out of town so, not many others on the beach (sometimes there were no others near us for 100+ meters). We walked to the Lithuanian / Latvian border along the beach (about 3kms) and the next day walked to Šventoji (2km). Communication with hosts was quick and easy. Keys picked up in lockbox for easy arrival and departure. Look forward to return.
