we where very happy with everything ,one of the best places in palanga. I recommend it!!!

location was perfect. the house was good ,with big terrace ,very good view. I received very specific instructions for parking the car , how to get to the apartment , and so on... never had to call the owner for any inquiries ,we were very satisfied.

to tell you the truth, we were satisfied with everything. few times the TV ( hbo) was lagging , but that might just been because of the internet ,after we opened the cabin doors , where was the router ,there were no problems. so its just very little problem after all....

Beautiful apartment at a very comfortable location

Beautiful and spacious apartment with a panoramic view to the green and the ferries wheel, located closer to the beach. Well equipped kitchen and other amenities, easy to close the apartment with the door code, perfect for reaching the beach and the main promenade for variety of food and entertainment, i.e. the most of the best restaurants in Palanga. We came with the family and liked the living there a lot.

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor without the lift.

A pleasant stay in a center location

You almost cannot beat this location in Palanga. In summer there is a nice balcony. Second level is very nice with huge windows for looking into both sky and a surprisingly nice view in a center. Getting in was easy. Though house itself feels a little dated flat itself is nicely up to date.

The terrace is nice and large. Everything was clean. There is an a/c. The only drawback that I could see is that the bathroom next to the bedroom is converted in to a pantry, as a result, you need to go downstairs to use the bathroom.

Gražu, tvarkinga, puiki vieta ir aikštelė automobiliui, patogi lova, tv, gražus vaizdas, erdvu, aiškios patekimo instrukcijos.

Mums buvo per šalta, bet mes mėgstam labai šilumą, tai gal kitiems tai nebūtų problema. Galimai bute niekas nebuvo ilgesnį laiką, tai toks atvėsęs buvo, antroje dienoje jau prišildėm, bet išjungus kondicionierių per didelius stiklinius langus greitai šiluma išeina, todėl ir naktį reikėjo jį laikyti įjungtą, o veikia jis tikrai garsiai.

Atvykus šaltuoju sezonu,bute temperatūra 14laipsniu nemaloniai nuteikia. Ryte nebuvo karšto vandens,radiatoriai atsijungę. Reikia surasti boileri ir kartas nuo karto perkrauti. Bute labai daug dulkiu,po lovomis,ant spintų. Aišku nieko tokio,bet irgi nemaloniai nuteikia.

Jai būtumėte gavęs prieš pinigų nuskaitymą, tikrai nebūtume išsirinkę tokios nakvynes kur gavome nurodymus kaip mažiesiems vaikams, kur nieko negalima daryti , o dar puse bute esančių daiktų sugedę(žaliuzes nesitraukia, sofos mechanizmas sugedęs ir t.t

Labai patiko, kad apartamentai įsikūrę šalia pagrindinės gatvės ir jūros. Nuostabus vaizdas pro langą, girdisi jūros ošimas. Vieta buvo tvarkinga, labai jaukūs kambariai ir erdvi terasa. Yra parkingas. Prieš apsistojant atsiųsta detali informacija, kuri labai pagelbėjo.

Antram aukšte apartamentuose labai karšta, buvo kondicionierius, tik dienos metu nepadėjo, bet vėlyvą vakarą atvėso.

Vieta, go3 televizija, maloni savininkė, lengvas patekimas. Kavos aparatas su kapsulėm. Švarūs rankšluoščiai ir maloni patalynė. Didelis balkonas. Kūno/rankų kremas vonios kambaryje. Daug vietos daiktams susidėti - spintos ir komoda viršuje.

Labai nešvari laiptinė ir garažas. Nėra galimybės aklinai užsidengti langų nei viršuj, nei apačioj, mėgstantiems privatumą reikėtų į tai atkreipti dėmesį. Žaliuzės sugedę, vonios kambaryje roletas su tarpais iš šonų. Radiatoriai visą naktį spragsėjo, net ėjau pažiūrėt gal kokia pelytė gyvena😄 Labai šaltas butas. Duše reikalingas remontas, visur pelėsis, vanduo šaltas-karštas-šaltas. Indaplovė palikta su kitų žmonių indais, skalbimo mašinoj pilna šlapių skalbinių… o dar tie prašymai išsiplauti indus ir išsimesti šiukšles po savęs (: tam ir moku beveik 100eur už parą, kad atitrūkti nuo kasdienės rutinos namuose. Trūksta indų ir įrankių. Rinkausi vieną brangiausių variantų Palangoje komfortiškam poilsiui, deja teko nusivilti.
