The apartment is beautiful, sunny, and very spacious. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with very comfortable beds that guarantee a good night’s sleep. The apartment also has a lovely atrium (terrace) that gets sunshine from morning until afternoon. The heated pool is wonderful, not too crowded, and it’s easy to get a sun lounger. Despite being part of a large complex, it is always peaceful and quiet, and you are never disturbed by noise from other guests. The location is excellent—just a few steps away from a shopping center and various restaurants. A private garage is also included, which is very convenient as you don’t have to look for parking. The surroundings are beautiful, calm, and very clean. We loved everything.

Overall, we liked everything. The only small downside was cleanliness — the apartment could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly, as there were some hairs from previous guests, and the towels could have been better washed. However, this was not a major issue and definitely not something that would stop us from coming back. We would still recommend the property, with just a small suggestion to improve the cleaning service.

nice large and sunny patio - with sunbeds and plenty of space. All the necessary facilities are available - coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and so on. Owner was very friendly and communicated effectively. Secure parking in an underground garage is also nice.

The biggest issue was the smell from the building itself. it always stinks in the corridors and that smell comes into the apartment too. You basically cannot get rid of it unless you always keep all windows opened. Ventilation in the apartment does not seem to work. Apart from the smell - the apartment is badly maintained. It was almost not cleaned - dirty towels, mold in the shower, dust everywhere, dirt on the sofa and in other areas, not even mentioning under the sofa or beds.. Moreover, it is not being repaired properly - curtain hangers fell off, bathroom door handle stopped working and we almost didn't use those things. it was visible that it was damaged before and nobody fixed it properly. I would not stay there again.
