Air conditioned throughout, as you enter the villa you will be welcomed by a spacious open-plan living space, including comfortable sofas with a TV, a dining area and patio doors to the pool terrace. Cook and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar or enjoy outside dining and make the most of the warmth and sunshine and use the BBQ. Comfortable bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning will evoke a feeling of total relaxation.
Step outside on the terrace with a private heated pool, having this beautiful outdoor space is what makes this villa. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols surround the swimming pool, where you can spend your days in tranquillity and soak up the sun that Tenerife offers all year round. LOCATION:
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
