Bungalow Villa Sun

Lovely apartment complex, with 4 pools and very nice pool bar. Quiet and not too crowded (mid May). Apartment itself is very well equipped. Big plus for assigned parking spot.

Before I made the booking, the owner confirmed one of the 3 bedrooms had two single beds (plus the other two rooms had double beds). As we found out, the 3rd bedroom has one single bed that converts to double bed, it’s not two single beds. We made it work but it’s not what we were looking for. Also no window in the 3rd bedroom.

This flat is in a neat, clean development with plenty of greenery. Two large clean pools (the top one is heated in winter to around 22 degrees, the lower one is probably just under 20 degrees). Plenty of sunbeds - we never struggled to find one. A pool bar is available. What is particularly good is that pools are protected from winds by the way the development is built, so when sunbathing around the pool around Xmas time it fees quite summery. The flat itself is clean and is well located. There is a dedicated underground parking spot. There are nominally three bedrooms, but one of them is tiny and windowless - our teenager ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. There are sunbeds, table and chairs; you do get sun on terrace in winter at midday. Irene was easy to communicate with and very pleasant.

The flat would benefit from updating, particularly the shower room where mixer wasn't working well and the floor of the shower cubicle was rather uneven. Also, there was bare minimum of cooking equipment and just enough glasses/cups for one per person. I would visit again, but would like to see some attention to the shower room and more cooking equipment/extra plates/bowls/glasses.

The host Irene taking care of everything was very accommodating and helpful.
