Sanitation needed
The flat is located in the proper location close to the sea of Savona.
Unfortunately the cleaning of the flat was extremely dirty and disgusting. We have found spiders in the corner and a lot of ants under the kitchen. Parts of ingredients available were expired and with scums insides. We have to pay additional tax of accommodation as well as policy. The smell of flat has been old and not sanitatized We strongly recommend to the owner to clean the whole flat to enrich and valorize his property

A charming place with beautiful garden!
This was exactly what we needed! A charming, nice and tidy apartment, perfect choice for those who are bicycle travellers. Easy to find, it has its own garden, safe to park bicycles there, also with beautiful olive tree in the garden. Just imagine having a dinner there! Absolutely recommended, especially for bikers. It turned out that this was one of our best accomodations on our biking way from Genoa to St.Tropez. Even though the house looks basic at the first sight, a true charming place is inside when you enter!

E' stato super efficiente a spiegarmi come trovare la casa, il parcheggio e le chiavi.
L'appartamento è confortevole ha anche uno spazio fuori per mangiare e il posto auto nel cortiletto. Ha la lavastoviglie e una cucina comoda. Ottimo il ceck-in senza vincoli di orario, utilissimo per chi come me si muove per lavoro e non sempre arriva ad orari consoni.
Il letto e il divano letto sono in un unico ambiente trattandosi di un monolocale molto spazioso, se mettesse anche una lavatrice sarebbe il massimo!

Je ne retiendrai pas l'adresse.
De prime abord, j'ai apprécié que la propriétaire nous permette de venir dès la mi-journée et pour ce faire elle nous a envoyé via whatsapp les explications pour récupérer les clés. Je pensais néanmoins que nous la rencontrerions plus tard pour les documents et le paiement de la taxe de séjour mais non, tout a dû se faire via whatsapp. Je n'apprécie pas ce mode d'accueil fantomatique.
Appartement ordinaire sur un axe très bruyant en journée comme la nuit : bruit et lumières des phares qui arrivent dans la pièce (seulement des rideaux pas vraiment occultants). Le parking n'est pas aisé (attention aux grosses voitures). La salle d'eau ou plutôt un cabinet de toilette est particulièrement exigu et d'un confort sommaire; la cuisine est vieillissante (le micro-onde a mal vécu) et pas même une petite bouteille d'eau dans le frigo.
