Disappointed

This was a ground floor apartment. Internet worked well. Fair location. Walking distance to everything.

I booked this 2 bedroom apartment for my family of 3 adults. On the day arrival, I was told we could not have the second bedroom because we have only 3 people. This was not disclosed on booking.com. On arrival, the apartment smelt of damp. It had very limited airflow and was hot and stuffy. I had to ask for a fan. The very uncomfortable fold out bed had no blanket or quilt. I had to ask for one. Insufficient coffee cups and cutlery. On street parking was very difficult to find as this apartment is located in a very densely populated area. The front door was very difficult to lock. I don't see how this apartment could ever have received a 10 rating. Most of these 10 ratings must be fake.

Avoid! Horrible people!

What a horrible terrifying people I had to face. Never again, and site wasn’t helpful at all. I’ll never use them again. I booked two bedroom, and got 1 bedroom with a entrance hall instead of a living room. Location is poor, we were scared to leave the windows open. The host was pushing me to send them My documents on WhatsApp , I asked for the email politely. And at 22.30 the police comes, shouting at me and my four little children. They didn’t show me any identification, only scaring me to give them passports. I just couldn’t believe that on my request for the email- I and my children were terrified. How awful it was to be shouted at in the Italian language by big policemen, in front of my children. Avoid! They are horrible! The flat had few problems, mould on the walls, broken appliances, no air conditioning. And you might end up with one bedroom and a corridor.

The people who were managing the property were terrifying and threatening me with the local police, who didn’t want speak English. They were pushing me to send my documents on Watsup, I resisted and asked to give me the email. They have no empathy and only want your money. They sent me messages about the laws in the country and that’s I’m breaking them, The house had mould on the walls, the appliances were broken, very Small apartment, no living room, just an entrance hall. The only parking we found- was miles away! The site Booking wasn’t helpful, I’ll never use them again. They didn’t resolve the issue. Avoid!

Un buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Non c'è la colazione ma vicino c'è un panificio in cui comprare cose buonissime e in casa ci si può fare the e caffè. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili a venire incontro alle richieste ed eventualmente a risolvere contrattempi

Ausstattung bezüglich der Küche (bsw fehlen Besteck, und Schneidebrett. Im Bad floss das Wasser in der Dusche schlecht ab.

Posizione ottima. Bagno finestrato (cosa da non dare per scontata). Nonostante l'appartamento si trovi al piano terra, risulta silenzioso: le finestre affacciano sul cortile interno. Il titolare mi ha cortesemente concesso di lasciare il mio bagaglio in appartamento dopo il check-out e di passare a riprenderlo una volta terminate le mie incombenze.

Peccato manchi l'aria condizionata; ad ogni modo, essendo al piano terra, nonostante fosse luglio la stanza non era eccessivamente calda.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ci è piaciuta molto la posizione, l’appartamento spazioso e con tutto quello che serviva. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, indicazioni chiare per accedere all’appartamento.

Difficilissimo trovare parcheggio, ce ne sono vari in giro ma sempre tutti occupati. Gli asciugamani non erano sufficienti, quelli per il corpo erano piccoli. Ci sarebbe piaciuto avere almeno 3 asciugamani a testa (viso, bidè, corpo). L’appartamento come posizione è al piano terra e affaccia sulla strada e si sentivano le macchine passare, abbastanza rumoroso.

Como en casa

Los propietarios son amables, profesionales y tienen mucha educación. Resolvieron todas mis dudas y problemas y me hicieron sentir como en casa. El apartamento tiene techos altos y está perfectamente equipado (lavadora con secadora de ropa incluida, lavaplatos, plancha para ropa, secador y la cocina con todo lo correspondiente para poder cocinar). Volvería sin ninguna duda, son unas personas maravillosas que de verdad me hicieron sentir como en mi casa.

Le logement est très bien, très propre, à côté du centre ville , toutes commodités à proximité, tout confort. Les draps et serviettes de bains sont fournis , même les dosettes de café nous ont été gracieusement offertes. A recommander les yeux fermés .

Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso e comfortevole, proprietario gentile e molto disponibile, check in autonomo molto semplice e veloce.

Se proprioe devo trovare una pizzola mancanza, una bottiglie di acqua in frigo e dei tovaglioli sono sempre graditi.
