Perfect for late summer stay near the beach.

The Apartment was well situated near to the beaches with a big balcony for drying clothes. It came eqipped with a machine and gas hob . Very upon arrival. The host greeted us personally

Instructions for disposal of rubbish were tricky.

I liked my original booking, but that’s not what I got

They changed the apartment 10 minutes before checkin. We had no choice but to accept it, so no refund, no compensation, no nothing, but you’re looking at a rooftop instead of the sea.

Comfortable modern studio apartment (2nd floor) located feet from the beach.

The apartment is just feet from the ocean and an amazing restaurant (The Green). The apartment was clean and had a large porch facing the ocean. The host met us with our keys to the building and the apartment. We felt very safe.

The only good thing is the location of the property. But our overall experience was not positive.

The host was unkind and not very hospitable. He did not make any effort to create positive experience for us as customers. He was hostile and rude. The property is average but frankly speaking there is no value for money. I do not recommend it.

Seaside apartment.

The location ; right next to the sea and beach, next to a supermarket which is very handy ; everywhere within walking distance. The apartment would be suitable for disabled visitors ; large doorways and big bathroom. It is clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet. The sheltered balcony looks onto the sea, with deckchairs. The owner is very friendly and speaks excellent French!

The noise of the air conditioning /heating /bathroom fan was loud. Despite the sea view, the apartment does look onto a car park and a metal footbridge with graffiti on. Look beyond that to the sea! The double bed is a sofa bed. The kitchen was not very well equipped. I would have appreciated knowing how the coffee machine worked!

Alles super

Sehr nah gelegen am Strand und mit toller Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Der Vermieter war super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Handtücher wurden nach Bedarf ausgetauscht. Das WLAN hat nicht gut funktioniert, Pietro hat sich direkt darum gekümmert und wir hatten dann keine Probleme mehr.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dal mare

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia sia libera che privata. Parcheggio disponibile in loco a pagamento, ma se siete fortunati ci sono anche le strisce bianche: di sera si trova sempre posto gratuitamente, di giorno è un po' più complicato. L'appartamento è dotato di cucina, aria condizionata, un bel terrazzo, stendino, una macchinetta del caffè. Ci è piaciuto molto, lo consiglio!

Visto il prezzo dell' appartamento, avrei fatto trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo e un rotolo di carta igienica in più, dato che abbiamo dovuto comprarla :-)

Wir haben die Woche Badeferien in Savona genossen; Strand und Meer waren super.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, hatten sofort die Möglichkeit unser Auto zu parken. Pietro hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Ausserdem wurden alle Fragen zu unserer Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Wir konnten jederzeit Kontakt aufnehmen. Er spricht sehr gut englisch. Wir wohnten in der 7. Etage mit Balkon. (keine Meersicht, dafür nicht zu heiss) Das Bad war in Grösse und Ausstattung toll. Savona bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, die wir abends besichtigten. Es gab einen grossen Markt am Montag. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sandstrand sind in nächster Nähe.

2 Mängel haben wir festgestellt: Duschschlauch bricht bald; Sonnenstore auf dem Balkon funktioniert nicht. Kleine Personen können die oberen Schränke nicht bedienen. Da Savona eine Stadt ist, gab es sehr viel Verkehr, viele Autos und Motorräder. Freie Parkplätze waren rar. Es war immer sehr lebhaft und dementsprechend lauter als auf dem Lande.
