The small village of Wohlenberg is located directly on the Wohlenberger Wiek, halfway between the old Hanseatic town of Wismar and the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen. The property is located in a former thatched barn of an old farmhouse, which has been converted with great attention to detail and dates back to 1745. Situated on the outskirts of the village and yet only 300 metres from the Baltic Sea beach, the approx. 3000 m² property offers enough space for families with children to play and run around. The landlord lives in an outbuilding and is always available as a contact person.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor, is approx. 75 m² in size, designed for a maximum of 5 people and consists of the following rooms. A living room with integrated kitchenette, TV, radio, a dining area for 5 people and an upholstered suite. From the living room you have direct access to the large south-facing terrace and the children can reach the playground with swing, sandpit, seesaw and a climbing frame with slide after a few metres. The kitchenette has a 4-burner electric hob with oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle as well as enough crockery (no dishwasher) for 5 or more people. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe and enough space for a travel cot. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and access to a second sanitary area. The bathroom with shower and WC is located on the other side of the entrance hallway.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and sun loungers and from here you have direct access to the large sunbathing lawn and the playground, which can be seen from the terrace at all times.
A handcart, barbecue and charcoal are available to our guests at all times. In addition, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available to all guests for communal use for a fee. Free WLAN access can be activated at any time.
The sandy beach is only 300 metres from the holiday flat and has a large shallow water area, making it ideal for families with children. The nearest shopping facilities are in the small town of Klütz (6 km) and in the Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen (4 km). The towns of Wismar (16 km) and the Hanseatic city of Lübeck (36 km) are well worth a visit.
