In addition to boat tours departing from the pier, there are plenty of attractions to explore in the neighboring towns. Sierksdorf is home to Hansa-Park, the only amusement park located directly on the sea. In Timmendorfer Strand, the Sea-Life Center invites you to explore its underwater world—not just when the weather is bad—and to round out a relaxing vacation, the Ostsee-Therme in Scharbeutz offers, in addition to several indoor and outdoor pools, saltwater pools, a sauna area, and a direct view of the Baltic Sea beach—the perfect complement to your vacation
