This vacation home is one half of a duplex that was completed in 2018. With its warm and cozy interior, it is located not far from the sea in a garden surrounded by nature in a quiet village setting. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, a family, a group, or even alone—this apartment is perfect for everyone.

This semi-detached home, named “Ostblick,” is characterized by its east-facing orientation, direct access to the natural garden, and a beautiful view of a small wooded area.
The morning light streams in beautifully; since it’s surrounded almost entirely by large windows, plenty of light fills the house at all times. Large terraces offer pleasant opportunities to spend time outdoors, for example, in a beach chair or using the patio furniture. A grill adds to the range of activities. Play ball on the adjacent lawn, play table tennis with the provided paddles, and children can play in the sandbox, on the swing, or in the playhouse.
During the cooler months, our barrel sauna in the garden is perfect for a relaxing break.
You can access your half of the vacation home through a private entrance. From a small entryway, you’ll enter the bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a dining room with an integrated kitchen that is equipped with high-quality appliances. From here, a staircase leads you up to the first floor. The entire upper area is furnished as a living room, including two sofa beds and a spare bed under the sloped ceiling. The upper floor is open like a loft. From up here, you have an unobstructed view to the southwest and east.
All rooms on the first floor are accessible through patio doors. There is plenty of light and nature to enjoy in this small, tranquil village.
An utility room accessible from outside is equipped with a washing machine, iron, clothes rack, cleaning supplies, etc.
There is a hair salon in the village. Hansühn, with a general practitioner, is 3 km away.
Various beaches are easily accessible by bike, starting at a distance of about 4 km.
Weißenhäuser Strand with its cliffs along the Eitz River or the vacation center, where you’ll find various recreational activities—such as the water ski facility and the swimming pool with a giant slide. You can choose whether you’re looking for peace and quiet with long walks on the beach, in the woods, or by the lake; want to enjoy sports activities (sailing, surfing, fishing, swimming, horseback riding); or prefer to go out and party. You’re guaranteed a peaceful retreat in your vacation home.
