The Ankerplatz apartment is located on the upper floor of the quiet Vineta house. With approximately 70 square meters of living space and 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people. It is only 400 meters from Hohwacht Beach. A supermarket and a bus stop are both within easy reach.
A beautiful wood-paneled staircase leads up to the upper floor of the Vineta house. All the rooms are arranged to the right and left along a long hallway. Thanks to the many large windows—especially in the living area—you’ll be greeted by natural light and feel right at home.
The bedrooms are located at the beginning of the hallway. There are 6 sleeping spots in 3 separate rooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (box spring). In the second bedroom, you’ll find two freestanding single beds. The third bedroom has a pull-out bed; when closed, it measures 120x200 cm, and when pulled out, it adds an additional sleeping surface (90x200 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with their own wardrobe, offering ample storage space.
Immediately to the left of the hallway are two bathrooms. Both bathrooms, like all other rooms in the apartment, have natural light since they each have a window. Of course, both bathrooms also feature a sink, a toilet, and a shower stall. Directly below the mirror is a shelf for toiletries.
The spacious living and dining area, which seats 6 people, adjoins the open-concept kitchen. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer plenty of comfort and coziness. Thanks to the smart TV, you can enjoy pleasant, cozy evenings here—even when the weather is bad. The balconies are accessible through large windows that let plenty of natural light into the room. The south- and west-facing balconies, complete with furniture, are especially inviting in the summer.
