The homely cosiness and the charm of the Allgäu character will offer you an incomparable living atmosphere. The building is situated in a quiet, sunny location. From the mature garden you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.

Rooms:Ground floor >> hallway, living room with tiled stove, fully equipped fitted kitchen with many electrical appliances (e.g. electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer), terrace and garden (shared by both flats)First floor >> 1 double room with shower/WC and 2 double rooms with shared shower/WC (washing machine and tumble dryer)Total living space of the holiday flat on the ground and first floor: approx. 140 m²Plot size: 450.00 m² with garden pondTechnology: The building is heated by oil central heating, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators in the attic.Year of construction: The solid construction building dates back to 1750 (estimate). It was completely renovated in 1984 and converted into a house with two residential units. When registering for the visitor's tax, guests receive a guest card which entitles them to discounts at many leisure facilities and events in the Ostallgäu district. !!! If you book for only 4 people, there is one bedroom and one shower less available. If you would like to use all three bedrooms and showers, the full price for 6 persons will be charged. !!! On request, we are also happy to rent out the entire property, which consists of two separate flats (LARGE + SMALL) and can be connected by a connecting door. On request, we can also process requests for stays of between 3 and 4 nights! We wish you a wonderful stay in the enchanting Allgäu! Since it is a historic property, we would like to ask you to treat the furniture and the house accordingly !!! Smoking is NOT allowed in the house!

Location: Buching is a charming, small village in the largest Bavarian nature reserve "Ammergebirge" and is one of the villages that form the gateway to the Ostallgäu with close proximity to Upper Bavaria and Tyrol. The village lies at an altitude of around 850 metres and is a 10-minute walk from Bavaria's largest wild river (Halblech). From the house you can easily reach the hiking trails to the Ammergebirge, Tegelberg and Kenzen area as well as the cycle paths to the bathing lakes and cross-country trails to the royal castles. In the municipality of Halblech there are doctors, restaurants, grocery shops, tennis courts, a swimming pool, several ski lifts and a chair lift to the Buchenberg (the municipality's local mountain). You can enjoy the original rural flair of the "Romantic Road" in pleasant peace and quiet, away from the bustling royal castles.
