I Love The Concept

I wish I stay more but had only 1 night 😃

the place was very clean and new construction. the hotel felt safe and the staff was kind and attentive. while close to the freeway, the traffic noise wasn’t too bad.

I wish the parking lot was bigger. it’s shared with a bank so the plaza has less parking due to that.

The function of the room and the breakfast and the quickness of elevator (hate waiting). Hotel was walking distance to my destination. Parking was right by the entry door.

I get pet friendly but guests with barking dogs all day need to be spoken to. It was 1131 PM and that dog next to or across from me barked and barked. I shouldn't have to figure out how to sleep listening to that.

Free parking was excellent and it is a nice clean place. We as a family staying for a night really liked the place and the kitchenet.

The room was nice, but first night room above us or somewhere above was having to move out it was noisy and felt like someone was banging the floor. In the morning woke up to the call from reception stating my card had issue the payment didnt go through, so i had to go to receptionist on the morning on 26 Feb the lady at the front was very unprofessional and rude, even though i had paid for the hotel in advance through booking.com the lady didnt care and told me its not their problem and i had to provide my card details she obviously didnt know what she was doing but luckily managed to speak to hotel manager and she was unlike her staff very professional and knowledgable and knew how to deal with issues. and btw im still waiting on refund regarding my security deposit of USD 70 that i had to pay when i checked in.

Bugs, hair in my bed from previous tenant, breakfast had mold or was stale

Price. On the expensive side for king hotel room.

Lots of things, but parking lot well lit made me comfortable knowing my vehicle was safe. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and size of room was great.

Swimming hours are good. Tv has free youtube. Kitchen.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. The room was well stocked and very comfortable. The hotel itself was quiet and the breakfast was good. The pool was closed but they offered the use of a pool at a sister hotel which was kind.

Highway noise can get loud in certain rooms/areas. The location is in a suburb so would not be a good spot if you don't have a car or are looking for a location to walk around. The surrounding area is neighborhoods and basic stores you find in suburbia. Really overall a lovely spot to stay!

Spacious, attractive and comfortable decor. Tasty breakfast with several options. Good coffee. Great location.

The pool wasn't available and the sister pool nearby wasn't open as early as I was quoted.

The property is new. Everything is clean

Loved the room. We requested the top floor but instead was placed on the 2nd floor. The room was great through and it was quiet. We enjoyed this hotel stay.

The swimming pool was closed for 2 of the 3 days that we stayed here. When it opened my wife noticed mold on the sides of the pool. It is also next to a busy freeway.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was really nice. I loved the bathroom, full refrigerator, microwave and dishes.

My stay was very easy and comfortable it was quite and the staff was amazing. It smelled so good as soon as I walked in it was soooo clean I loved it!

I honestly do not have any complaints. It was such a nice little vacation and I will definitely be returning soon for another stay with you guys

There was no trailer parking.

We were at breakfast 15 minutes before closing so items were understandably limited but good.

The shower head was the least effective with very little water coming out. That combined with no shower door made for a somewhat cold shower experience. (The rest of the hotel experience was otherwise the best we’ve ever had & we travel a lot.)

The room was really clean and new.

I have no complaints.
