This place is overpriced for what it is. Pet rent of $30/day is ridiculous.

Cost and uncleanliness of everything inside the entire building.

Staff were courteous and had a very pleasant demeanor.

Room was dated and was not thoroughly cleaned. There were holes in the curtains, holes on the chair (maybe the room was previously rented to someone with a pet), drip marks on the wall. The table had scratches on it and the bedskirt should absolutely be thrown away. When I called the front desk for a blow dryer, there wasn’t one available. The next morning I tried again….still no blow dryer but the front desk rep was nice enough to allow me to use someone’s personal dryer.

Pet friendly. Full size kitchen and fridge, nice TV, when I got to my room another dog had pooped almost right in front of my door and it wasnt a nice one either, called front desk and by the time put my stuff down and took my dogs harness off and went to go back to the car to grab some more stuff the mess had already been cleaned up and it even smelt good, like I said it was not a nice one idk how they got it cleaned up that fast and how clean it in that amount of time was awsome I have dogs and have cleaned up my fare sure of messes over there years theres no way in hell I could have cleaned that up that fast and got it that clean in that time frame if my life depended on it, cleaning it would have made more of a mess at first cause like I said it wasnt a nice one so it would have definitely smeared and spread the mess out more then the original pile, I was truly amazed that person should get a raise just for cleaning that 1 mess up he/she is obviously a pro at it which means he/she must do it alot they should be compensated just for that reason alone, I wish I new who it was that cleaned it i would write a review just for them alone.

I was not happy with the fact i had to pay $30 for my dog thats ridiculous, i would have went somewhere else if i hadnt booked and already paid for the room thru booking.com. also the size of the room was pretty small even tho there was a full size kitchen the rest of room was pretty dinky. I had been busting my ass moving a 4 bedroom house with only my girlfriend to help me move everything so I was beyond tired probly one of the most tiredest times ive been in my life i had hardly slept at all in 4 days if I stopped moving for more then a min I would fall asleep standing up, I was gonna get a hotel the night before we stayed here but couldn't even make a reservation cause we both fell asleep in our cars before I could even get it started, got woken up by the cops because someone thought we were living in our cars and we were tryn to move in on the street but we were still on the street of the house i just moved out of we just couldn't make it anywhere before we fell asleep, which im glad we did fall asleep then cause we most likely would have crashed driving to a hotel, anyways sorry for the long explanation ill get to the point, the next morning when it was check out time we woke up late I think it was already check out time so called front desk and asked if we could have a late check out cause we could barely even move let alone get up and hurry to get out of there, almost every hotel ive called to get a late check out they usually give us at least an hour, so what did they give us when I explained my situation and said I needed more time they gave me 15min, 15min is not a late check out thats just taking ur time checking out not being in a rush, so check out was at 11am and they said we had until 11:15am, so i told them there was no way that was going to happen i couldn't even get my dog in the car by 11:15am let alone all our bags and food we had in the fridge, so we did the best we could, I wanted to take a shower more then anything cause i...

Everything great

Staff was super friendly. Place was over all quiet and clean. My son left his backpack and when we realized it 5 hours later the staff had already found it and had it in lost and found.

I liked everything. Only negative I noticed was that the room was a little worn, chips in the bathroom counter, kitchen floor uneven, paint thin in spots on the cupboards. But nothing that affected my sleep

Price. Front desk person friendly and professional. Even though room was old and out of date, it was clean.

Very basic. Poor quality bed. Bedskirt looked like it was from a thriftstore, old, ragged and wrinkled. Other bedding was ok. Pillows were old and very well used. Requested two more pillows, which were clean and in good condition. Recliner looked like it was from a hospital and very old and could use a good cleaning. TV too small and very limited channels.
