The key machine was hit and miss. We had to get the keys two times

The beds were super comfy. The free breakfast had a good selection. It was near gas stations and fast food.

I got charged an extra 70 dollars than what I was quoted. One of the guys up front would not help me make a reservation to stay an additional night.

They were polite and accommodating. Made the stay pleasurable. The continental breakfast was good. Nice place to stay.

The oatmeal, and the cinnamon available with it. My husband liked the cinnamon rolls - lots of cinnamon, not too much frosting - perfect for him. We arrived Saturday and Antwon on Front Desk duty was helpful. We also liked the responsiveness of Mike, the maintenance man Monday morning. He spoke English clearly and could understand our issues, and he could respond to them. After the previous day's experience, this was noteworthy. He was HELPFUL!

Communication was TERRIBLE!! All day and evening Sunday the front desk clerk could not help. There was a significant language barrier problem. Sunday afternoon the clerk on duty told my husband to see the manager Monday when he complained about the air conditioning. The clerk said could do nothing. Sunday evening my husband complained again about the air conditioning to a different clerk. In response the clerk Sunday evening gave him two new key cards to our room. He apparently had no idea what was being asked. He did offer us a different room, but we were too tired to do that by that time (about 9:30 pm). Our first morning the oven was not working, so we made do, but were disappointed, especially my husband. Because the oven wasn't working the first morning, we arranged to go out the second morning for breakfast with a local family member. That cost about $100. Later that day (Monday) the manager, Sophie, told us she had come in Sunday afternoon to ensure the oven was fixed. We were NOT TOLD that the oven had been fixed until we saw Sophie in the afternoon after we had gone out for breakfast. I wrote out 4 pages of problems we had encountered, took pictures of my writing, gave the original to Sophie and agreed to a potential one-night refund. Sophie stipulated that I had to go through Booking.com to get it. That did not exactly make sense to me, but I did not argue about that. Booking.com verified her statement. Mike, the maintenance man told us that the gals that clean the rooms don't tell him about the problems they see in the rooms, seemingly due to language barrier issues. I think Sophie said employees speak 5 different languages. I made a suggestion to help with this challenge.

We asked for towels at the front desk because there was not enough towels in the room for the people that was staying there. The dispensers to the shampoo and body wash was empty. Went to go ask for towels and the guy up front said there was no more towels they were washing so we asked to give us something and he gave us beach towels. Breakfast was OK pancake maker was broken not enough food coming out always empty at the end of the day the keys card stop working.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and gas stations.

Very small pool and the hot tub was taped off with caution tape.

The facilities need upgrades and remodeling. Furniture was worn and viable spiders in stairwells

It was conveniently located near our friends and the various activities we did.

It would have been nice if the pool had a covering over it. A little shade that is.

Location was good and the staff was friendly.

I had to request to have my room serviced and had to physically go to the front desk to get towels after waiting 45 minutes for them to be delivered once I called because housekeeping did not put them in my room.

The room was very spacious probably the most spacious that I have stayed! Great roll in shower 

The bed was about 4 inches too high for an easy transfer from my wheelchair. So transferring to the bed was hard

smell like weed to much noise room was dirty and I found someone else sock in the bed shower was dirty somebody hair all over the walls and floor and shower drain

Easy exit door aside to avoid dirty elevator and smelly hallways.

Never stayed at a hotel where beds weren’t done every single day/trashs emptied and towels changed….

This hotel used to be the best in the area..it has certainly changed. It is not worth the value that was billed. It needs upgrading for the monies asked.

the breakfast was so good!! I wanted to go back for more. A sofa bed was also there which took me by surprised because it wasn't mentioned, super glad it came with it though! Staff was very friendly!

It smelled like cigarettes on my floor even though it said no-smoking :(( Also the elevator looked a bit dated but its alright.

I paid for a suite upgrade only to get to the room and it was handicapped accessible. no closet everything was low to the grown and it was 11 pm after a long drive we had brought our stuff up. the toilet cycled all night putting more water in and stopping putting more water in then stopping. for the additional $40 I paid to upgrade I was let way down. i probably will never stay at any of their locations in the future.
