We werent bothered by housekeeping in the mor ing before check out . Other places even with the do not disturb out they would still k ock . Was very nice .

This place is great. Close to lots of stores and food. They have free coffee and tea in the lobby which is always nice. Very clean. Also lots of movie channels on the tv. Will definitely stay again.

Clean room

Hi, We usually stay in this hotel. But this time we found the following problems. 1) The body lotion had been watered down 2) The coffee machine did not work 3 ) Even though we had removed the “ Do not disturb” sign, there was no Maid service. 4) We had run out of tissue. There was no housekeeping. We had to go to the lobby to get the tissue box. 5)The whole place looked run down, with faded carpets, toilet where the enamel had come out, bathroom floor that had stains in them. 6) Worst was I found there were several deals goin on where the room rent was half what we paid. I’d certainly not stay here the next time.

Immaculate room, quiet hotel, nice breakfast, close to lots of shopping and restaurants, comfy beds, close to freeway access.

I stayed here while in town for a friend’s wedding. A lot of the wedding guests were at this hotel, and it turned out to be a great choice overall. The location couldn’t be better: it’s super close to the venues and right off the freeway, but still in a quiet, clean area. There’s also a nearby shopping center with some nice stores (and a few up-and-coming spots) which made it convenient. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Coffee is always available in the lobby, which I really appreciated. The only issue we ran into was with the room’s AC. It would cool perfectly while running, but as soon as it stopped after reaching the set temperature, the room would heat up really fast. We tried resetting it a few times without luck. It ended up being a bit of a balancing act either slightly too cool or too warm and when we asked for an extra comforter, they had run out. Understandable since we checked in late on the first night, but even the next day they didn’t have extras available. Other than that, service was great. The breakfast staff especially stood out. They were cheerful, attentive, and kept everything stocked even as breakfast hours were ending. All in all, a clean, convenient, and friendly place to stay. If they can sort out the AC and have a few more extra linens on hand, it would easily be a 5-star experience.

No biscuits and gravy

This hotel was the most comfortable stay. The rooms, staff and breakfast was amazing. Definitely will make this my permanent stay away from home.

Staffs were friendly. Rooms were clean. Location is very convenient with shopping centers and lots of dining options. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our first time traveling with our newborn. The room was clean and the area felt safe. We requested a crib that was brought up without an issue. Breakfast was great and the common lobby area is great if you are staying with a large party

Downstairs hall to my room smelled of mariquana so bad all the way down the to the outside.

We really liked this place more than other places we've stayed. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were nice. The only complaint was that the A/C was very loud. But overall better than most.

We had a leaking sink, complained to the front desk with no results.

Loved the proximity to BJ’s and Five Guys and Old Navy. Nice pool and hot tub. Felt comfortable here with my kids. Will definitely stay again

Great place to stay in the Elk Grove area. Clean, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, and pleasant helpful staff.

We stay at this property often, it is clean and very friendly staff. There are a few shops,and dining options within walking distance and the included breakfast always has a nice variety.

It was clean and very nice. But the breakfast buffet is a bit limited.

Great stay--it is quiet, clean and located conveniently next to the 99 freeway. It is close to many restaurants also. The front lobby staff are nice and helpful. I came a day early and they managed not only to let me stay in the same room both nights, but also upgraded me. I appreciated their kindness when I checked in so late at night.
