There were some things that could have made it better, but it wasn’t terrible!
Loved the location and the house itself. King and queen bed were comfy. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom.
There was mold in the rooms and laundry left from the previous stay. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. The twin beds weren’t super comfortable they’re really hard. Also we ran out of laundry soap and toilet paper. Definitely need to be better stocked for lots of people staying that long.

The pool table was in a room that was too small so you couldn’t really play a real game of

Overall it was a good stay.
It was quiet and the bed and couch were comfortable. Vacasa was very on top of the check in and out.
There were spider webs in the doorways and old soap and shampoo in the bath like they forgot to clean it. The house had an odd layout.

Mostly pleasant, with a few hiccups and some disappointments.
The interior of the home was clean, well stocked and pleasant. The location was convienant, as we had family gathering at Bastendorf. We liked the wood floors, watercolor paintings and the trees surrounding the property which made it nice and private. The deck is well worn and weathered but seemed sturdy and was nice to sit out with the chairs provided.
At very least, clean the exterior of the home. It would make a more favorable arrival first impression and for the other guests coming. It is mostly a multitude of cobwebs that could be brushed or washed off with a hose. The other thing was the code entry. The day before we left on our trip, I had a text with code number and just a note saying instructions would arrive later. I checked multiple times on my text and app for whatever those instructions were, but they never showed up. We spent a half hour just trying to figure out how to get the code to work. I was able to text customer support and fortunately they responded quickly and stayed with us till we were able to get in but that was even close to thirty minutes. Every time we left and came back it took us at least ten minutes to figure out the "secret handshake" so to speak, to make it work. The next morning, I found the instructions in my email, which I was not expecting it to be there. I do believe I checked but missed it cause the subject read "one week till your vacation stay" which I thought was old, as we were already there and did not open it. Whovever was sending was using an old email thread and the instructions for entry was buried under multiple other texts. Even though I had opened it, the day before, it just looked like an old email. If subject had read "instructions for entry", I would have spotted it right away.. The other disappointment was not being able to invite a few extra family members over for dinner over the 8 allowed on the property. The reason I rented this place in particular was the large deck with a few extra chairs on the deck to allow people to be outside. I had 12 family, including me and spouse that I wanted to see and for them to be comfortable, cause we are getting older. Was told I can only have only 8 on property at any given time. I will keep that in mind next time I look for a house rental in this area.

There was no house number near the street and very difficult to find when it was dusk. I suggest something near the street. The number was easy to see in good daylight however.

The house was so cozy! We really loved it! The hot tub would have been amazing if it was available.. the fire pit, back deck, heated floors , and game room are awesome! My favorite was the big windows with beautiful forest view! We love coos bay!
One thing we would change and that was a bummer was the noisy roosters next-door started being noisy at 3 AM and we couldn’t sleep….

Very beautiful and cozy home.. It is fully stocked, which makes everything so much easier.
Toilet flushing had me worried, but we didn't have any issues. Wish there was a TV in every room for those who wanted to rest or watch their own shows.

It was amazing and very comfortable
I liked the cleanliness, as well as the supplies. Fully stocked with dishes as well as soap and laundry detergent and towels. Very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the deck. Next time I book here, will definitely have to try the fire pit with it being more dry.
It was a little hard to find at first. There was also a giant pot hole just before the pull in. The toilet knob was also broken as well. Also sad the hot tub wasn’t available.

The location was great. You felt like you were miles from anything but you were actually closer than you thought. The beds were comfortable. We loved the deck and the fire pit.

A luxurious perch along the central Oregon Coast.
The house was very comfortable, roomy, and the kitchen was set up for cooking--lots of pots, pans, coffee mugs, a tea kettle and a large, clean refrigerator. The back deck was secluded by landscape plants of the coastal region. We didn't get to use the fire pit but it was a good one-a concrete culvert on its side, very safe. The location was perfect for side trips up and down the coast.
We left a pair of shoes and the host texted a little later and said they are found and will be returned!
One bathroom is a little tough on 4 aging adults but I understand the limits of septic systems and plumbing in the coastal area. Check out time was an hour earlier than we would have wished for--but again, I understand.

Was disappointed that the tv doesn’t have any DVD player or an av in (only has hdmi) as we brought a portable DVD player and were hoping to connect it to watch our kids movie.
