About this apartment rental
Welcome to our cozy and modernly furnished vacation rental, located right by the beach. After about a 10-minute walk through the coastal forest (with a slight uphill and downhill section along paved paths, some of which are cobblestone), you’ll find yourself on Sellin’s beautiful sandy beach. The path through the forest starts right behind the house, so you can leave your car in the parking lot belonging to the apartment at no additional cost. Right on the beach, next to the Klangpavillon (bar/snack bar), you’ll also find the restaurant “Kleine Melodie,” where you can enjoy light and hearty meals, as well as drinks and ice cream.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-unit building. All rooms are directly accessible from the apartment hallway: the lovingly designed kitchen, the spacious living room, the modernized bathroom, and the bright and cheerfully furnished bedroom.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.
In addition to the new kitchen cabinets, the kitchen is equipped with a modern induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking utensils are provided in the kitchen.
From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished patio. The living room features a dining table with 5 chairs, a sleeper sofa (easily unfolds into a double bed measuring 1.60 m wide and 2.00 m long with an integrated slatted frame), and a 50-inch smart TV with cable connection. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment at no additional cost; the login credentials are provided for you in the living room.
The bedroom is located on the quiet back side of the house facing the forest and is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed and a spacious closet; there is also space for a travel crib (available on-site at no additional cost).
The Bäderbahn stops right in front of the house and takes spa pass holders to the South Beach or the pier at no additional cost.
You can either travel by car (from Stralsund via the Rügendamm, follow the B96 to Bergen auf Rügen, and then take the B196 to Sellin) or travel comfortably by Deutsche Bahn on the ICE to the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, where you can transfer to the Rasender Roland, which takes you leisurely from Binz to Sellin in 20 minutes. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the small train station.
Various shopping options (supermarket, bakery) are within easy walking distance.
The apartment underwent extensive renovations in 2020 and, in addition to a new kitchen and bathroom, was also furnished with new furniture and appliances.

Die gute Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Nähe zum Südstrand und zum Kleinbahnhof von Sellin waren perfekt für eine Ferienwoche, die ich mit meinem siebenjährigen Enkel auf Rügen verbracht habe. Hervorzuheben ist auch die nette Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, und ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, tolle Nachbarschaft und der Strand ist wirklich "ums Eck"! Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, lässt in meinen Augen keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Moderne Küche mit allen Utensilien (hatte mir bei anderen FeWos oft gefehlt). Neue Elektrogeräte (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach), ausreichende Arbeitsfläche, moderne Spüle, scharfe Messer und so weiter. Die Wohnung ist rundum mit Rollos versehen, was dem Schlaf zuträglich ist. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, der Kleiderschrank absolut ausreichend. Auch für Kleinkrams gibt es genug Staumöglichkeiten. Im Wohnzimmer ist eine kleine Essecke vorhanden. W-Lan und ein modernes TV-Gerät ist ebenfalls da. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöbeln bietet die Möglichkeit draußen zu frühstücken oder die Badesachen zu trocknen. Wir hatten vergessen, das Wäschepaket (optional) hinzubestellen, was durch einen Anruf prompt geregelt werden konnte. Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung mit 3 Personen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Edeka und andere Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Bahnstation des rasenden Rolands ist geschätzte 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung
