The vacation rental consists of a kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living area that also includes a dining area and access to a terrace, 3 bedrooms (each equipped with a double bed and a sleeper sofa with a pull-out mattress) and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

This allergy-friendly, 90-square-meter, ground-floor, non-smoking apartment features 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, a terrace, a bike storage room, a drying room, and a private parking space.
This apartment is ideal for families of 2–6 adults plus 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. A travel crib (without an additional mattress or bedding) and a high chair are provided in the apartment.
The apartment is modernly furnished, fully equipped with laminate flooring, and features pleated blinds.
The first bedroom features a double bed (2 x 0.90 x 2.00 m) with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a double bed (2 x 0.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and reading lamps. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (mattresses 2 x 90 x 2.00 m). A few toys are available for younger guests. A travel crib can be placed in the bedroom.
The spacious, separate kitchen, with a window overlooking the forest, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and various kitchen utensils.
In the naturally lit bathroom, the amenities include a shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
The heated drying room in the basement can be used for your laundry.
The living room is furnished with two comfortable leather couches, as well as a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. A selection of board games, DVDs, and books completes the living area. A dining table with six chairs and a high chair for a toddler round out the living room’s furnishings.
The furnished terrace (southeast-facing) is perfect for outdoor breakfast.
Parking space No. 1, which belongs to the apartment, is located directly in front of the building.
The apartment has Wi-Fi. You’ll receive the password upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
For bicycles you bring with you or rent, there is also a storage area located in the basement of the property.
You can book a laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, 1 small towel, and a one-time use shower mat) for 20.00 euros per person or bring your own from home.
