About this apartment rental
Our apartment is 102 square meters and gets sun from morning to night on the large rooftop terrace. It features a very sunny living and dining room with an open kitchen equipped with every convenience, as well as two bedrooms with king-size beds and mosquito screens. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer.
The amenities are excellent; you’ll find everything you need, just like at home.
From the underground parking garage—which includes a private parking space—an elevator takes you directly to the apartment on the 3rd and top floor.
A 3- to 4-minute walk through a small coastal grove takes you to the beautiful sandy beach of Baabe near Mynt (Island Paradise); in the other direction, you’ll reach the Rasender Roland in one minute and the dike leading toward Selliner See and Bollwerk.
In addition, a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, cafes, and shops are all within a 1- to 3-minute walk.
