A highlight of the apartment is the large, furnished southwest-facing terrace with a beach chair, ideal for sunny afternoons. The open living area with real wood parquet flooring and a bay window (approx. 40 m²) is modernly furnished and features a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with Bluetooth, and a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and espresso machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto). The dining table seats up to 6 people.
2 Bedrooms
The vacation rental has two bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m, mattresses replaced in February 2024), a closet, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a smaller bedroom with a double bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and a dresser. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa (1.70 × 2.00 m) in the living room.
Bathroom
The large bathroom with a window is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, double sink, and hair dryer.
Guest Restroom
A separate guest restroom is located on the same level in the stairwell.
Smoking is permitted exclusively on the terrace; pets are not allowed.
