About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful “Haus Sandmohn” with its lovely, large garden. It has been awarded four stars by the DTV. For you, this means that our vacation rental offers high-quality amenities and superior comfort. The spacious, bright, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere guarantees a relaxing vacation.
Our semi-detached house (135 sqm) features 2 bathrooms and comfortably furnished rooms. It can accommodate 6 adults and up to 4 children (including 2 infants in travel cribs). There are 3 large bedrooms available, each with a large double bed (180 x 200) and space for at least 1 children’s travel crib. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with an additional alcove for 1 child and another bedroom with an additional loft bed.
The Danish windows, which open outward, give our home a cozy Nordic feel. In the summer, with the windows and doors wide open, you feel connected to the garden. A beautiful, large balcony upstairs invites you to relax, and the large garden is available for your exclusive use. The short walk to the beach (2-minute walk), a stroll through the recreational forest, the bakery right next door, and much more round out the vacation experience.
Ground Floor: The living room features a large, comfortable sofa with two ottomans, plus a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, side tables, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with CD player. Wide steps lead down to the beautiful garden. There you’ll find tables with comfortable garden chairs, lounge chairs, a beach chair, a grill, a parasol, and a garden shed.
The large, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a large dining table, chairs, and a bench—is equipped with a sink, stove/ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, and electric kettle. A high chair and a TripTrap for younger guests, as well as an additional table and chairs, are provided. You can also access the garden from the kitchen via a staircase. The large bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, an armchair and footstool, a dresser, and a mirrored wardrobe. The beautiful blue-tiled bathroom on the first floor, which is filled with natural light, features a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
Upper floor: A bright, spacious hallway welcomes you. From here, you can access the second bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as the other spacious bedrooms. The balcony room—the second bedroom—features a particularly high, beautiful wooden ceiling, and the alcove is perfect for younger guests (children up to 1.50 m; bed: 90x170). The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a TV, an armchair/stool, etc. The gable-end room houses the third beautiful bedroom with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, an armchair, and dressers. This room extends all the way to the roof ridge, and a wide, space-saving staircase leads up to the cozy loft with one bed (90x200).
A travel crib for children is available upon request.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and can be used for an additional fee per load. There are 2 parking spaces directly next to the house. The house has Wi-Fi. This is a free additional service for emailing and browsing the web.

By booking our house, the guest agrees to abide by the house rules. Upon request, these rules can be sent to you in advance.
A washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee of 2.50 per load.
One small to medium-sized dog may be brought along upon request—14€ per night.
Bicycles are not included in the booking but are provided free of charge. Therefore, there is no guarantee that repairs will be carried out immediately.
