About this house rental
Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, “Altes Zollamt – Sünnschien,” located 400 meters from the sea.
It features a beautiful, 700-square-meter, fully fenced-in garden. It has been awarded four stars by the DTV. For you, this means our vacation rental offers high-quality amenities and superior comfort.
The spacious, bright, welcoming, and family-friendly atmosphere guarantees a relaxing vacation with children. You’re also welcome to bring 1–2 medium-sized dogs; we charge €12 per night for each dog. (A second dog is permitted upon prior request/arrangement.)
The old customs house was built in 1938 and has retained its charm and historic character.

The house is spacious and family-friendly.
It’s ideal for family vacations, multigenerational getaways, or—when combined with our Flörkes house (the other half of the property)—for larger family gatherings or vacations with other families.
It can accommodate 6 adults and up to 3 children, including 2 infants (in a travel crib). There are 3 large bedrooms and 1 small children’s room (1 bed, 90x190 cm) available. Each bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200) and 2 bedrooms can each accommodate 1 travel crib.
The 700-square-meter fenced-in garden is available for your exclusive use. It features tables with comfortable garden chairs, a grill, a beach umbrella, lounge chairs, a beach chair, and a large lawn.
The short walk to the bakery and supermarket across the street, a stroll through the nearby recreational forest, or the
bike rental with an ice cream stand 100 meters further on round out your vacation. The beach is about 400 meters away.
Ground Floor: The living room features a comfortable sofa set and side tables, another sofa, additional seating, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a CD player.
The large, fully equipped kitchen (with a pantry) features a large dining table and comfortable chairs and is equipped with a sink, stovetop/ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, coffee maker, pod coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle.
From the kitchen, a back door leads directly into the garden. The first large bedroom on the first floor has a large, comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a bookshelf, comfortable chairs, a desk, a wardrobe, and can be completely darkened.
The beautiful, naturally lit bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower.
First Floor: A bright, spacious hallway welcomes you. From here, you can access the second naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a bench, a toilet, and a sink, as well as the other bedrooms. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a full-length mirrored wardrobe, a dresser, a recliner, seating, and can be completely darkened.
In the third beautiful, spacious bedroom, you’ll find a large, comfortable double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, a small couch, an armchair, a desk, and a wardrobe. A travel crib, high chair, TripTrap, and changing table are available upon request. A handcart is also provided. The washing machine (additional charge), a dryer (additional charge), an iron, and an ironing board are located in the basement.
Three parking spaces are located right next to the house. The house has Wi-Fi. This is a free additional service for emailing and browsing the web.

By booking our house, the guest agrees to abide by the house rules. Upon request, these can be sent in advance.
A washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee (2.50) per use.
