Sehr schönes und großes Haus mit einer guten Ausstattung. Sehr viel Stauraum zum Unterbringen der Kleidung sowie evtl. mitgebrachter Dinge wie Getränke, Spiele... Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hätten uns gern noch einen 2. Sessel im Wohnzimmer gewünscht, da die große Couch (zum Rumlümmeln ideal!) nicht unbedingt etwas für die ältere Generation ist. Aber zum abendlichen Spielen war der große Esstisch sowieso ideal. Wir können das Haus ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen.

Ein schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln, die das Bild leider etwas getrübt haben.

Ein schönes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln, die das Bild leider etwas getrübt haben.

Positiv: - räumliche Aufteilung ist sehr schön - man hat viel Platz - durch die minimalistische Innenraumgestalltung auch für Krabbelkinder und Hunde sehr gut geeignet - das Mobiliar war schön und gepflegt und auch die Technik war gut - schönes Gelände zum Spazierengehen und auch zum Hundestrand ist es nicht weit - Wildhasen bevölkern das Grundstück und lassen sich schön beobachten, kleines Manko, der Rasen ist voller Hasenköttel - schöne und gut ausgestattete Küche - die Betten sind okay - guter Trockner und gute Waschmaschine Negativ -die Einzäunung ist nur optischer Natur, für Hund und Kinder kein Hinderniss - Im Haus gibt es keine Fliegengitter, draußen aber schon Mitte April jede Menge Mücken - Der Zustand des Hauses ist nicht so gut, wie die Bilder es vermuten lassen. Es ist alles funktionell, aber Reparaturen sind zum Teil nur kostengünstig ausgeführt und sind dadurch optisch nicht so schön. Auch manche Sache könnte mal ausgetauscht werden (z.B verschließene Läufer, angerostete Klobürstenhalter usw.) -Die Sauberkeit war nur oberflächlich gegeben. In die Ecken durfte man nicht schauen und auch im Bad waren zum Teil Abdrücke vom Klobürstenständer, die sich leicht entfernen ließen, wenn man ihn dann beim Wischen einmal hoch nehmen würde. Die Fugen der Dusche oben waren verschimmelt und auch der Teppich oben hat den ein oder anderen Fleck. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus, was mit ein bisschen mehr Pflege auch ein Traumhaus sein könnte.
