Four-room apartment, approx. 120 square meters, on the first floor, approx. 750 meters from the dog beach and the public beach.
The ground-floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. Two cooks can work simultaneously in the two kitchens. The terrace adjoining the living room with a fireplace is two-thirds covered and faces southwest. A second terrace extends southward from the kitchen and can be covered with an awning. You can enjoy barbecuing in almost any weather. The two-part living area consists of a fireplace room with a piano and a dining room that seats up to 10 people. Some of the stylish furniture in the kitchen and living room is approximately 100 years old, creating a special atmosphere. One bathroom has a tub and shower, and the second has only a shower; each has two sinks. Free Wi-Fi is available. One pet (dog) is allowed.

Die Wohnung ist groß und gut aufgeteilt. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Garten ist für 5 Wohnungen im Haus auch groß genug, aber nicht komplett eingezäunt.
Leider ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gepflegt oder sauber...
