Ingresso condominiale e vano scale non ben ventilati e con ristagno di odori Una volta in appartamento però non si percepisce nulla di tutto ciò Comunicazione con la proprietaria non immediata, organizzarsi per tempo

La posizione e’ centrale ed è abbastanza vicina al parcheggio a pagamento. Tutti sono stati molto gentili e disponibili.
C’è un forte cattivo odore all’ingresso del palazzo e nel vano scale. Nel bagno dell’appartamento c’è lo stesso problema di cattivo odore che in parte è probabilmente dovuti a scarsa pulizia. La seconda camera è scomoda perché non c’è una altezza sufficiente per far stare in piedi un adulto (altezza di circa 1,60 m) e le scale sono ripide
