The apartment itself is big, clean, and well maintained. The location is also close to the city center.

1. Customer support is only AI, and it can do almost nothing except providing a phone number that no one pick up, and it take at least 30 mins for a human to respond to WhatsApp message, imagine if you have issues with check in? good luck. 2. There is a nightclub downstairs, they play loud music until almost 4am, and some people talk very loudly at street, I don’t know if this is even legally allowed in Germany. 3, parking space is very small, I asked customer support about if they can park my 8 seats car, no one answered and they took 20 euros parking fee. I had to park my car to somewhere else after I arrived and found out the parking was too small. No one answered the phone nor WhatsApp message. I am still awaiting for the refund. 4. WiFi name provided via WhatsApp and in the room is wrong, the customer support obviously didn’t know it and asked me to reboot the router, while it turn out the router is not even in the apartment.

Gute Lage, relativ kurzer weg zur Altstadt in Erfurt. Die Kücheneinrichtung war sehr gut, wir haben sie aber nicht genutzt.

In der extrem heißen Woche wäre eine Klimaanlage notwendig gewesen. Ein Aufenthalt im Loft war nur in der Nacht nach intensiven Lüften, sowie in den frühen Morgenstunden möglich.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Rande der Erfurter Altstadt. Geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.

Ferienwohnung befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie ein Tanzclub. Musik war insbesondere in dem Kinderzimmer (Zweibettzimmer) schon ziemlich laut und beim Einschlafen störend.
