The road noise was terrible, it was particularly hot so we had the windows open and couldn’t sleep. I emailed the owner about a fan, but I had no reply. Had to leave after the second night of our five night booking to look for somewhere quiet. Maybe during winter it would be okay, but remember this apartment is next to a four lane busy road. Plus they are drilling pylons next to the road during the day. Add the planes at midnight and expect no sleep. Sorry but the fact that the apartment was nice but in the wrong locale!
