Small location but well laid out. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Parking was tight but worth the extra payment of €5 per day. Overlooked a well maintained garden. Outdoor seating available. Quiet location very close to city centre.
Host insisted I spoke German and seemed to find it difficult to use AI to translate. He should have sent instructions MUCH earlier instead of leaving it until we were stood outside his premises. He could have avoided a frustrating situation. A small point: the fridge was stuffed with bottles of alcohol and soft drinks that he wanted us to purchase. This took up the extremely limited space that we needed for our own groceries. It made the apartment feel more like a hotel which was not what we expected or needed. His communication needs to be far better. He was very demanding and pushy both written and whilst on the phone with his insistence that I speak German. As a host to international visitors he should make more effort to communicate via AI in written messages.

Lage war perfekt. Fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten waren wir in der Stadtmitte und konnten alle Museen und Sehenswürdigkeit schnell und bequem erreichen. Bus & Tram sind in der Nähe. Unser Auto stand die ganze Zeit geparkt im Hof der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet und Kleinigkeiten für das Bad waren mit fairen Preisen im Bad zu kaufen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer extra und eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und eine Küchenzeile, was wir so wollten und so auch mal was kochen konnten. Ah und Erfurt ist wunderschön, tolle Architektur erhalten, tolle Museen - eine sehenswerter Ort!
Ich brauche sehr dunkles Zimmer zum Schlafen. Die Räume sind dafür etwas hell. Aber ich hatte Schlafmaske dabei. Oder hätte im Bad eins zum kaufen gefunden. Daher alles gut.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, es gibt die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen.
Erstaunlich schönes und ruhiges Grundstück und das mitten in der Stadt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Nähe zum Stadtzentrum / die 40qm Wohnung ist schön hell
Zu viele Hinweis-Schilder und Preislisten.
Wir fühlten uns dadurch nicht willkommen.
