Die Lage war super, der eigene Parkplatz sehr praktisch, die Rollläden (für uns als "Dunkelschläfer") wirklich toll!

Sehr, große, schöne, gepflegte, saubere Ferienwohnung mit Einzelparkpatz (abschließbar) direkt in Sichtweite am Haus. Mit allem ausgestattet was man für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte benötigt. Gut und praktisch organisiert. Unaufdringlich, aber mit Stil dekoriert. Frische Blumen zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Persönlicher Empfang zur Schlüsselübergabe. Jede Menge Infos für Aktivitäten in und um Erfurt. Spiele für Kinder und Erwachsene vorhanden. Um die Ecke eine Bäckerei und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Super Lage, Straßenbahn-Haltestelle in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Aber auch Fußweg in die Altstadt möglich und absolut machbar. Diese Fewo lässt keine Wünsche offen! Top!

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch und schnell, eine Einweisung in die Wohnung fand statt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, war absolut sauber, es standen sogar frische Blumen auf dem Küchentisch sowie im Wohnzimmer. Ideal ist der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, ein abschließbares Tor trennt den Parkplatz vom Gehweg/der Strasse. Die Altstadt ist mit der Strassenbahn oder auch zu Fuß in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Imbiss (Habibi) zwei Häuser weiter in der Strasse ist empfehlenswert.
