I was traveling for a day through Batumi and urgently needed a room for a night, this is where I found New Wave 1. It has a perfect location, great friendly hosts who catered to my needs and were very helpful with my last minute booking. Apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. I will come here again for my longer stay! Highly recommend!
Honestly, everything was just perfect. There's nothing negative I can spot.

Отличные люди Договорились о очень позднем заселении , ночью после самолёта . Видно что люди заинтересованы гостем а не только деньгами что большой, плюс , на просьбу нам продлили выселение на попозже . Рекомендую, всем кто приезжает первый раз ,
Что время миниотпуска закончилось , 4 дня уже очень мало

מיקום מעולה אבל לא שקט. דירה שמתאימה לתיאור ונקיה.
לא אהבתי שמארח מבקש שנשלם במזומן את מחיר הדירה כשהוא נתן לנו את המפתח. היה קצת מפחיד. הייתי מעדיפה לשלם בכרטיס אשראי לפני. בנוסף הוא סיפק מאט מגבות וסדין אחד למיטה הזוגית והייתי צריכה לבקש ממנו עוד מגבות (הוא נתן) וסדין (הוא לא נתן).
