Marine Surf Waikiki 2108 - Parking Included

This studio is really homey and truly has it all! It had a full kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need including basic toiletries, an ironing board/iron, towels, hair dryer, hangers, dish wear, water bottles, and coffee. The two queen beds were super comfy and their decor was fun and tasteful. They also had beach accessories like an umbrella and a folding chair. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the city with some ocean and mountains too. The beach and all of the shops and restaurants were a 5 min walk away, a truly perfect location. Plus there’s free parking, a nearly impossible thing to find in Waikiki!

The AC was operational but not great, it kept the place comfortable during the day but we were very warm while sleeping. The phone number on the listing is for the general management company, not the booking person’s number (Miki, she’s the one who helps you get into the room upon your arrival). The front desk doesn’t have all of that information so be sure to tell them the room number and ask for her number that’s listed in their book as you can not access the room without her. Or try to get her number ahead of time! We had a hard time checking in due to this as the management company was unresponsive to our calls and texts.

The front desk so mean 😫rude She shouting loud that make you embarrassed from people in the lobby, I was with my mask all the time, but that time we take a picture which I have to put down my mask.for a second she saw me and there she shout loud, she said if you're not comfortable with your mask on just get out of the lobby stay outside.. she should be polite just giving sign language or talk slowly, put your mask on...well it's passed, we are guess we need to have at least a courtesy respect..im a senior citizen not a kid to be scolded... the room are just fine, no complaints even the price compared to other not so competitive..
