On the first floor there is a large and bright living room with a cast-iron stove and fireplace, a double room with a cot, a room with two beds, and a bathroom with bath and shower unit. Equipment such as an iron, a safe, a washing machine, and all the conveniences of a modern kitchen are at guests' disposal.

Outside, each flat enjoys its own private space under a large, illuminated pergola, furnished with a hand-decorated Deruta table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.
