Great Place for Families

The property is in a very central location, right in the heart of both the city center and Makri. It was great that there was no issue with parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, and there’s a very good air conditioner and a large fridge. Wi-Fi is available. There were absolutely no problems with cleanliness. Sitting in the garden and relaxing on the swing in the evenings was truly enjoyable.

The house is overall very nice, but there are things that should be cleaned prior to any new guests)

The bathroom was very clean, the garden was really nice. Overall, the house is nice. There were a few cleanliness related issues which I addressed to the host. In order to compensate those, he offered me a free night stay should I decide to book this property in the future.

On arrival I noticed 3 things: First: I looked in the pillow case and the pillow was disgusting, full of black hairs - long and short, I did not sleep on that pillow. Second: there were huge spider nets and spiders in the corners of the living room (certainly those had not been cleaned for days/weeks). Third: when I wanted to make a coffee with the mocha coffee maker, I discovered it had not been cleaned from the previous guests, so I had to clean it myself. The most shocking thing however, was that I immediately addressed those issues to the host, but instead of an apology, he said that this house is top rated and guests like it, he was also talking about how clean the sheets and towels were (rather irrelevant). On the day I left, I sent another message to the host, reminding of those issues that certainly caused inconvenience (I also sent pictures along), and I asked for a partial reimbursement. He said that "this is crazy" and sort of rudely declined. The discussion turned unproductive for me and I left it there. He was nice though to offer me a free night stay should I decide to book this property in the future.

Superb

Very good accommodation. Very close to the beach with not a lot of people there. Comfortable house for family with pretty yard and place for barbecue. And it close to the city centre, wich full of restaurants and bars, you need 5-7 minutes to reach it.

Exceptional

We felt like we were at home, everything was excellent and we had everything at hand. Marvellous garden and shadow during the lunch time, silence and excellent neighbourhoods. Wild and not so populated beach at 2 minutes with a great paradisiac view to Samothracia Island, infinity pool at a hotel near the location (small price), few minutes by foot and a very nice private beach with ⛱️ and cold drinks at 1.5 km by car {Ble Beach). At some kms there is the city with many food and drink places, a wonderful beach promenade and many diverse shops,, even book stores. We enjoyed a week with great experience and leisure and there is also a daily ferryboat cruise to and from the island to the Alexandroupoli. We will come again for sure because our accommodation, people taking care of us and places around offered us the best vacation!

Superb

Petros is a great and helpful guy. The house itself is small, but cozy and nice, suitable for a family with a toddler. We loved the proximity to the beach ( 5 mins walk), the garden and the tranquility of the neighborhood ( we also loved the next door neighbors, a very nice and friendly old couple). The beach is clear and clean, with only a few rocks near the entrance, quiet and not crowded at all. Alexandroupolis is just 10mins drive away. Overall we liked it and would go back again.

A bit of an inconvenient were the 6 stray cats always climbing the table and spreading the garbage all over the place. We also encountered a huge amount of ants inside, but I guess that's normal for a house with a lot of plants, trees and grass.

Small pleasant house. It is located in a quiet and peaceful place. Very close to a nice beach. In front there is a wonderful terrace with a table and chairs and a small yard with lovely greenery .

Great place for a relaxing vacation!

Great location, with all the amenities needed, very close to the beach, the staff really nice and helpful. The house is perfect for a family with kids or even for two couples. The garden is lovely, with outdoor shower and great place to relax. We loved every minute spent here and we'll definitely come back again.

Plaj ve deniz çok güzel, ev kedini geliştirmesi lazım. Eleştiriye açık değil

Bu sene Yunanistan tatilimizde 12 gün ve 3 ev şeklinde yaptık. Bu evi 6 gece şeklinde kiraladık. Evin en güzel özelliği plaja yaklaşık 120 metre yürüme mesafesinde olmasıdır. Plajın bazen 4-5 kişi bazen ise sadece biz vardık. Su bazen dalgalı bazen sakin ve berraktı. Bungalov ev sevenler için tercih edilebilir. Araba için kendine ait park yeri olması güzel. Düzenleme: Aşağıda yaptığım yorumdan sorna şahıs bana whatsapp üzerinden tekrar yazıp, kasti bir şekilde ilanına zarar verdiğimi iddia ediyor. Ben niye durup dururken şikayet edeyim bir evden, diğer kaldığım evlere 10 yıldız verip memnuniyetimi anlatırken neden bu eve bu kadar olumsuzlukları yazayım. Evde örümcek ağı ve örümcek olması normal kırsal alan diyor, ben küçüklüğümü bahçeli evde büyüyerek geçirdim, temizliğini, ilaçlamanı düzgün yaparsan öyle birşey ile karşılaşmazsın. Dışarıda karşılaşman normal ama, evin etrafında bile bir sürü yuva olması hiç ilgilenmediği anlamına gelir. Barbekü komşulara rahatsızlık verdiğini kabul etmiş yazısında, bunu ozaman ilan açıklamanda resmini koyduk ama kullanmak yasak diye belirtmesi lazım. Televizyon teknolojik iki tv var demiş. deiğim gibi sadece yerel yayın yunanca dinleyebiliyorsunuz ve salondaki tv de sadece dijital platform youtube açabiliyorsunuz. Zaten whatsapp konuşmasından da kişi özür dilemek yerine sadece beni suçladı kendisine bilerek zarar verdiğimi söyledi. Kendisini tanımam etmem neden böyle bir şey yapayım. Yaşından dolayı sanırım aşırı agresif bir kişi, whatsapp kayıtlarımızda duruyor. Madem özür dilemek yerine saldırmayı seviyor. Benim de insanları karşılaşacakları şey ile uyarmam kadar normal birşey olmaz. Gidecek kişiler iki üç kere düşünsün sonra karar versin.

Öncelikle bir ev kiralıyorsak herkes gibi resimlerine bakarak ve yorumlara göre karar veriyoruz. Resimlerde taş barbeküyü tek başına gösteriyor ve evde Barbekü imkanı diyor. Ama daha eve geldiğimizde tanıtımında bu taş barbekünün kullanılmadığı, komşuların rahatsız olabileceği söylendi ve arka tarafta metal bir barbeküyü kullanabileceğimiz söylendi. Doğal olarak hayal ettiğimiz Barbekü keyfi yaşanmadı. Evde iki adet tv var. Ama yazılımları çok eski olan televizyonlar. Oturma kısmındaki tv sadece yerel yayın ve YouTube açabiliyor. Netflix, Amazon, Disney gibi platformları desteklemiyor. 1 hafta boyunca tv'yi sadece 1-2 kere YouTube için kullandım, onun dışında mecburen tabletten birşeyler izlemek zorunda kaldık. Turistlere de kiralanan bir yerde sadece yerel yayınlara mecbur kalmak hoş değildi. Bir tv box cihazı alınıp tv daha işlevsel hale getirilevilinirdi. Böyle olacağını bilsem evden kendi tv box cihazımı getirirdim. Diğer bir husus evde ciddi haşere problemi var. Tavandaki led aydınlatma kısımlarında örümcek ağları ve örümcekler bulunmakta. Dış çevresi de aynı şekilde çok fazla örümcek ağı vardı, kendim temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Çocuğum baya rahatsız oldu. İç ve dış ilaçlama yapılması lazım. Ayrıca banyo duş kapısı arızalı, her defasında dışarı su çıkmasın diye kapatmak için tekrar ve tekrar uğraşıyorsunuz sinir bozucu hale geliyor. Evdeki mutfak araç gereçleri de çok özenli gelmedi, sanki evindeki eski eşyaları çöpe atmak yerine burada değerlendirilmiş gibi duruyor. İşlevsel değil, aynı tv gibi. Çünkü aynı tvden bende var ve 15 senelik. Bahçede çimler tanıtım resmi Ile alakası yok, ev biraz bakımsız kalmış. Örümcek ağları da zaten bunu gösteriyor. Yorumlarımı elimden geldiğince hakkaniyetli yapmaya çalışırım, sonuçta belli bir para veriyoruz ve onun karşılığını görmek isteriz. Selanik te evlerde bu tarz problemler yaşamadım. Umarım ev sahibi yorumumu kendini geliştirmek için kullanır. Potansiyeli olan bir yer. Ama standartı yükseltmek ve korumak lazım.

Η εμπειρία ήταν απίστευτη! Ο Πέτρος είναι ένας εξαιρετικά ευγενικός host – από την υποδοχή μέχρι την αναχώρηση! Το σπίτι είναι υπέροχο, εξαιρετικά καθαρό, μόλις 5 λεπτά από την παραλία, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα, συμπεριλαμβανομένου πλυντηρίου ρούχων. Η Αλεξανδρούπολη είναι επίσης πολύ κοντά για βραδινές βόλτες και φαγητό. 10/10, θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα! 😍
